1. Data Processing and Storage

At BrokerTaxCalc, your privacy and data security are our top priorities. When you upload your Interactive Brokers Activity Statement (CSV file) to our calculator, the file is processed strictly within the temporary memory (RAM) of your active session.

We do not store, save, log, or harvest your financial data. Once your browser session is closed, or the calculation is complete, all uploaded data is immediately and permanently erased from our servers.

2. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to provide our service:

• Payment Information: When you purchase an access code, the transaction is securely processed by PayPal. We do not collect or store your credit card numbers or bank details.
• Communication Data: If you contact us via email at admin@brokertaxcalc.com, we will retain your email address and message solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.

3. Cookies and Analytics

We may use basic, privacy-friendly analytics tools (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand general website traffic and improve our user experience. These tools do not track individual users across the web or collect personal identifiable information (PII).
