By accessing and using BrokerTaxCalc.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

2. Not Financial or Legal Advice (Disclaimer)

BrokerTaxCalc is a software tool, not a certified accounting firm. The Service automates mathematical calculations based on the data provided in your uploaded CSV files. The generated reports (such as Adjusted Cost Base and Capital Gains calculations) are intended for informational and organizational purposes only.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the accuracy of your tax returns. We strongly recommend reviewing the generated output with a certified professional accountant (CPA) before submitting any documents to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). We assume no liability for audits, penalties, or financial losses resulting from the use of this Service.

3. No Affiliation

BrokerTaxCalc is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with Interactive Brokers LLC, the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), or the Bank of Canada.

4. Purchases and Refunds

Access codes purchased to unlock full tax reports are digital goods. Due to the immediate delivery and nature of digital software, all sales are final. If you experience technical issues generating your report, please contact our support team for assistance.
